I didn’t expect a huge difference, but I can genuinely smell the wine better now. For me, it makes the whole glass feel a little more enjoyable because the aromas come through more clearly before I even take a sip.

I’ll admit it looked nice when it arrived, but after just a few uses it cracked. For the price, I really expected something more durable. once I paid and started having issues, it just made me feel like I couldn’t really trust what I was buying.

I bought a set from riedel.com and was really hoping they’d feel a bit more special, especially for the price. They look nice and the stems are pretty, but when I actually use them, the glasses feel kind of top heavy in my hand, almost like they want to tip if I set them down too quickly. One of them already has a slight wobble on my table too, which is frustrating. It made me realize that a wine glass can be beautiful, but if it doesn’t feel steady or comfortable, it takes away from the whole experience. I expected better and probably wouldn’t buy them again

I ordered some glasses from riedel.com, and one of the boxes wasn’t really what I expected, so I started the return pretty much right away. I figured it would be simple enough, but that’s where things started getting annoying.
The instructions weren’t super clear, and every time I reached out, it took days to hear back. I ended up paying to ship it back, then just sat there waiting for weeks with no real update. When I asked about the refund, the replies I got felt like generic copy-paste answers that didn’t actually explain anything.

What’s frustrating is that the glasses themselves seem nice, so I wanted to like the whole experience. But the return process sent totally mixed signals, like it was moving along but also going nowhere. I still don’t see the refund, i don’t think I’d order directly from them again...

I bought this set because it said they were dishwasher safe, but now I’m wondering if that’s really accurate. I put them on the top rack and ran a normal cycle, just like I do with my other glasses, and two of them came out looking cloudy. One even had a tiny chip on the rim, which was disappointing.

Maybe I’m being too picky, but for the price I feel like they should hold up better than that, right? If these are the kind of glasses that really need to be hand washed, I wish that had been made more obvious. I don’t think I’d buy them again

I’ve been really happy with these glasses. The crystal feels thin and delicate, but still surprisingly strong, and the wine does seem to taste a little better in them. They feel nice in your hand and look great on the table. Just be careful when washing or storing them, because chips are definitely preventable if you don’t rush it

I bought this as a gift, and honestly... it was a bad call. It showed up late, which was already frustrating, and then the box looked rough when it arrived. Just not something I felt good about giving to someone.

The delivery got here exactly when they said it would, which was a nice surprise?? No hassle, no back and forth, just showed up and that was it.

I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept messing up and I couldn’t get it to finish. If anyone else is running into this, I’d suggest double-checking your cart and payment info, then maybe trying a different browser or coming back later. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

I bought these glasses from RIEDEL, and one of them actually broke while I was just drying it with a towel. I didn’t drop it, knock it against anything, or do anything weird with it. Just normal drying after washing. How is that supposed to hold up in everyday use?

They do look really nice, and I knew they’d be thin, but there’s thin and then there’s “too scared to touch it” thin, right? For the price, I expected something delicate but still usable. I wouldn’t buy them again

They’re clean and simple without looking too fancy, but they still have that little bit of special about them. My gut says I made the right choice. Really happy with them.

I had a small issue with my order, and customer service got back to me quick, quick enough that I wasn’t left waiting around. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but the guy I spoke with was helpful, really helpful, and got it sorted out fine in the end

They did sort out the replacement fast, which I appreciated. I just wish the communication had been clearer, because I wasn’t really sure what was happening or when to expect it until it was basically done.
